How does it support sleep?

Red LED Light

Red LED Light Therapy encourages the brain to produce more melatonin - the hormone that prepares our cells for sleep. ‘Green to Rise’ teaches your child when it’s okay to start the day as well as improving concentration and mood. By setting your wake up time in the app, your red light will change to green letting your little ones know when it's time to get-up and out of bed. 

Pink Noise

Pink Noise creates a consistent soundscape to prevent unnecessary wake ups and helps the brain achieve deep Slow-Wave sleep. The sound remains in the safe decibel rating for developing ears which means your baby is safe, even at newborn stage. 

Humidifier:

The humidifier uses cool mist to soothe dry nasal passages, ease breathing and reduce congestion during illness. The humidifier will run for 10-12 hours overnight to help promote deeper breathing and ease any congestion. Can be used with plain water or with our range of essential oils specifically curated to help and support your little ones sleep. You can pair this with Glow Dreaming Essential Oils to help with sleep, immunity and congestion.
