Our ham slices are lean and have limited fat and bone. They approximately weigh 2 lbs and there are two slices in a package. The slices are smoked with wood chips, which gives them a natural and enjoyable taste. The ham slices are delicious cooked on the barbecue, oven, or on the frying pan.
